We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Female Principal to lead our CBSE school with excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to build a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall school operations.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Mentor and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain academic excellence, discipline, and student welfare.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and management.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
- Prior experience in a CBSE school is mandatory.
