We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, counselling parents, conducting follow-ups, explaining the school's curriculum and facilities, coordinating with the academic team, maintaining admission records, and ensuring a smooth admission experience from enquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, strong follow-up abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience in school admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management will be preferred. The candidate should be target-oriented, well-organized, and capable of building positive relationships with parents and students.
