About the Opportunity
A reputed educational institution in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead its HR operations and support effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and staff hiring.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
Handle employee relations and staff concerns.
Coordinate performance management and staff development.
Support manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with school management and various departments.
Ensure smooth and professional HR operations across the institution.
Eligibility
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
