URGENT HIRING – PRINCIPAL
Position: Principal
Location: West Bengal
Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
Experience: 8+ Years in School Leadership / Administration
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage overall academic and administrative operations
• Supervise teachers and maintain high teaching standards
• Develop and implement academic strategies and school policies
• Manage student discipline, performance and overall development
• Coordinate with parents, teachers and school management
• Ensure compliance with applicable board standards
• Support admissions, staff development and institutional growth
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Master's Degree with B.Ed. preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in school administration or academic leadership
• Experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Headmaster or Headmistress preferred
